Certain Davis Mill and Cabinet orders may require the Client and Designer/Dealer signatures on a waiver form. These waivers or disclaimers are provided to educate and inform each party of conditions that are beyond the control of DMC. Waivers should be used in conjunction with the "Client Education" section of DMC Catalog 1. The "Client Education" section contains detailed information, helpful to explaining production limitations in each particular situation. DMC encourages the Designer/Dealer to be pro-active in educating their client early in the design process regarding potential limitations in their choices. If done early in the process, the education provided can help all parties to have a more positive overall experience. If as the Designer/Dealer, you have any questions regarding which waiver(s) may apply to an order, please contact the factory. Prior to order finalization and acceptance by DMC, we will send to the Designer/Dealer the required "Order Confirmation" form, which will specify the required waiver(s) for the order. If the appropriate waivers are not signed it may delay the order acceptance, the start of production and ultimately delivery of the order. |
